Originally from Morristown, NJ and raised in a real estate family, Joe Wachtel has always been drawn to the industry. At 19, he bought his first investment property, and by 23, he was a licensed agent selling his first home.

Since 2015, Joe has been focused on Hudson County real estate, especially in Hoboken, Jersey City, Union City, and Weehawken. He's a consistent top producer and has earned the New Jersey Circle of Excellence Award for eight years in a row. Now living in Hoboken, Joe gets to experience the fastmoving market and vibrant lifestyle first-hand. When he's not working, you can find him enjoying live sports and concerts, traveling, or hanging with his dog, Bosley.
